and Terms of Use Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the m33mm platform ("Platform" or "we") and the player using it ("you" or "Player").

From the moment you access the m33mm website, open an account, or play any game on the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the platform.

1.1 Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement applies to the m33mm website (m33mm.world) and all related services — football betting, Live Casino, Slots, Poker, Blackjack, and fish shooting games. Players may use these services for personal entertainment only; commercial use is not permitted.

1.2 Service Provider

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player may only register one account on m33mm. If a player is found to have more than one account, those accounts may be closed and any bonuses or winnings from those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

Players must provide accurate name, contact details, and payment information when registering. Accounts opened with false or fake information may be closed at any time.

• The payment method must match the account holder's name.
• Using a third party's payment method is not allowed.

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Deposits

Players must deposit funds into their account before playing on the platform. Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks and withdrawals are processed within 10–45 minutes of the request being submitted. Additionally —

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Any bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Transfer Restrictions

The m33mm welcome bonus gives 120% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Total balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks
• Deposit 180,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks (maximum) → Total balance 280,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks

To withdraw bonus winnings, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times on the platform before a withdrawal is allowed.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonus winnings will only be processed for withdrawal once verification is complete.
• If m33mm suspects that a bonus is being exploited, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonuses may have a specific expiry period, after which they will no longer be valid.

4.3 VIP Programme

The m33mm VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze tier members can earn up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. Progression from one tier to the next depends on a player's betting volume, regular activity, and gaming conduct.

5.1 Prohibited Behaviour

Players must never engage in the following actions —

• Hacking, exploiting platform software, or using bug exploits to gain extra profit
• Using bots or automation tools
• Playing with the sole intent of collecting bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Harassing, threatening, or acting maliciously toward other players
• Attempting to access another person's personal information without permission

5.2 Criminal Activities

If any of the above violations are found, m33mm may —

• Immediately suspend the account
• Block withdrawal of any remaining funds
• Report to legal authorities if necessary

6.1 Player Responsibilities

Players must take responsibility for their m33mm account and fulfil the following obligations —

• Keep your account login details secure
• Verify on your own that online casino play is legal in your location
• Follow these terms and conditions when using the platform
